How to Measure Your Body
All measurements are given in centimeters.
BUST
Measure around the fullest part of your bust while wearing a well-fitting bra.
UNDERBUST
Measure around your body just under the bust, as you would when finding your bra size.
WAIST
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist – usually right under the ribcage and about 5 cm above the navel.
HIPS
Measure around the widest part of your hips, approximately 20 cm below your natural waistline.
INSEAM
Measure the inside of your leg from the crotch to the ankle bone.
