Bestseller Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 15 607 105 368) (we, us, our) is a subsidiary of Bestseller A/S based in Denmark. We are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act). We understand the importance of, and are committed to, protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we manage your personal information (that is, information or an opinion about you, whether true or not, which identifies you or from which your identity is reasonably identifiable) when you visit or make a purchase from our online shop at veromoda.com.au, including our obligations and your rights in respect of our dealings with your personal information. Personal information we collect
Device Information:
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Transfer of Personal Information overseas
From time to time we will share Personal Information with overseas based service providers. Where is my order?
All orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Please keep in mind that delivery can take up to 3-10 business days within Australia. Do I have to pay for shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD. Orders under $100 have the below flat rate shipping fee:
$9.95 AUD - Australia Post standard shipping (3-5 business days).
$15.95 AUD - Australia Post express shipping (2-3 business days).
Can I cancel/change my order?
Unfortunately, we can’t cancel / change your order, since we send your order information from the online shop directly to our warehouse system for a speedy delivery.
Can I exchange an item?
Due to high stock turnover, we are unable to process exchanges or replacements, and our system does not support recreating orders on behalf of customers. For the quickest resolution, we recommend requesting for a refund or store credit through the returns portal, and placing a new order for the item/size you need. We know you’ll find something else you’ll love!
How do I return my order?

Where is my return?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s), and let you know if the refund has been approved or not.
